Age Concern Romsey and District is a registered charity in England and Wales, charity number 1056850, with registered office at 24 Linden Road, Romsey, SO51 8DB.

Using the site
You can use this site for personal, non-commercial purposes, including:
- Reading about our work and the people we support
- Making a donation
- Booking a service or registering for an event
- Volunteering or making an enquiry
Please don’t use the site to do anything illegal, harmful, or that interferes with others using it.
Donations
When you donate to Age Concern Romsey and District, your card payment is handled by a regulated payment provider on our behalf. The funds go to Age Concern Romsey and District; we never hold them for anyone else, and we never see or store your card details.
- One-off donations are taken at the time you give.
- A monthly donation continues until you cancel it. You can cancel at any time by contacting us.
- If you tick the Gift Aid declaration, we will claim Gift Aid on your donation where you are eligible.
- If something has gone wrong with a donation, email office@ageconcernromsey.org.uk and we will put it right.
Content
The words, images, and design on this site belong to Age Concern Romsey and Districtor our partners. Please don’t republish without permission, but feel free to share links and quotes.
Where we tell a story about someone we support, we do it with their permission, and we anonymise or change details whenever that is the safer thing to do. If you recognise yourself in something here and would rather it came down, tell us and it will.
Things we can’t promise
We do our best to keep the site up, accurate, and useful, but we don’t guarantee it’ll always be available or error-free. Use it at your own risk.
We’re not liable for losses arising from your use of the site, except where the law says we have to be (for example, for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud).
