The space
A bright, flexible space
The main hall is a single clear space with a wooden floor, windows along one side and doors out to the garden. There is room for 60, and the floor is clear enough to take an exercise class, a party, a meeting or a rehearsal without rearranging the building around it.
The kitchen comes with the hall at no extra charge. It has full cooking facilities, a dishwasher, a microwave and a fridge freezer, and it is stocked with crockery and cutlery, so a group doing its own catering does not need to bring anything but the food.

Minimum booking 1 hour. The full hire fee is paid by card when you book. We also hold a £75 security deposit on your card against accidents and damage: nothing is taken unless there is damage, and your card details are removed after the hire. Regular hirers do not pay a deposit.

How do I book?
Pick your date and start time on the calendar above, choose how long you need the hall for, and the total is worked out for you. You pay the hire fee by card at the point of booking. If you would rather book over the phone, call the office.
What is the security deposit?
We hold your card details against accidents and damage. Nothing is taken from your card unless there is damage, and your details are removed after the hire. Regular hirers do not pay a deposit.

There is no parking at the hall itself. The nearest public car park is Alma Road Car Park, which is a short walk away.
